Registration Fee, Deadline, and Cancellation Policy

Seminar fee includes materials, seminar instruction, hands-on workshop training, continental breakfast, coffee/tea/water, and one seminar certificate of completion (an additional original certificate is provided upon request and will cost $3.00 if delivered during class and $5.00 if delivered via post office). Full payment is required to reserve a space, and deadline for registration is 10 days before the class start date. After registration/payment is received, a written confirmation will be sent via U.S. Postal Service or email. You may cancel your registration up to 14 days before the seminar. If so, your registration fee will be refunded less a $15 processing fee. If you need to cancel less than 14 days prior to the seminar you may transfer your registration to any other available seminar. In the event a seminar is cancelled (we reserve the right to cancel any seminar), the tuition fee will be returned in full. Fees from cancellation will be returned within 10 days. Global Strategic Resources is not responsible for any guaranteed airline/hotel reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. How many students are allowed into a seminar?
    Between 20 to 25 students.
  2. Is there any required reading or preparation prior to the seminar?
    No. Students will receive handouts at the start of the seminar.
  3. What should I wear to the seminar?
    Students should bring/wear comfortable fitting shorts and a loose fitting t-shirt or sports bra. There will be numerous ‘hands-on’ techniques during the course. Students will participate in these techniques as both patient and ‘doer’ on a partner.
  4. Should I bring my massage table?
    No. All massage equipment will be provided.
  5. My employer is requesting a registration form and details on the seminar. How do I obtain this?

  6. Will there be an exam at the end of the class?
    No. Dr. Shepherd's classes do not have exams, but each student in class will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the class verifying CE credits.
  7. Will I get a certificate at the end of class?
    Yes, one certificate showing completion of class is provided. An additional original certificate can be provided upon request before class, but will cost an additional $3.00. Requests for an additional certificate via US post office will be $5.00.
  8. Where are the classes held?
    Academy of Healing Arts at 712 South Tonopah Drive, Las Vegas, NV, 89106. Parking is free, and you will use the side door (signs will direct you to the entrance door).
  9. Do I contact the Academy to register for Dr. Shepherd's continued education classes?
    No. Dr. Shepherd is using the academy classroom to teach his classes. Please only contact Dr. Shepherd's company, Global Strategic Resources, to register at: 702-376-6348
