Booking Information and Fees

Public Speaking engagement fees start at $3000.00 for a 1 hour presentation, with each additional hour costing $500.00.
Audiotaping rights will cost 50% of the fee and videotaping rights will cost 75% of the fee.

Fees on WMD Advanced Training Courses for hospitals, first responders, and the military depend on varying factors, such as depth of training needed and schedule. Please call 253-509-0557 for pricing.

To book Igor Shafhid Global Strategic Resources requires a 50% non-refundable deposit 14 days before the event day, and the final balance of the negotiated fee 14 days before the event day. A contract will be issued at the time of booking that will secure the event date and give visual requirements and other necessary information.

Dr. Shafhid's travel and lodging expenses are to be reserved and purchased by the client no later then 1 week before the event. (Travel dates and times must be corraborated with Dr. Shafhid prior to purchase).

For international bookings, travel expenses include full-fare business class plane tickets, accommodations, transfers, and meals.

Global Strategic Resources does not do reimbursements for travel expenses.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Don't forget that in addition to the above mentioned fees, your organization must also budget for other expenses.

These generally include:

Purchase of handouts, workbooks, books, and other support materials

Surcharge for audio and video taping of program

Surcharge for additional requests; such as moderating, being a participant on a panel, or presenting a workshop (breakout, educational or concurrent session) before/after a keynote presentation

And can also include:

Airfare

Ground Transportation

Hotel Accommodations

Reimbursement for mileage traveled

Parking fees (garage or metered-paid in cash on the day(s) of your meeting)

Meals
